Nothing is as fast as when you’ve got a good, powerful promotion that is really working. And it’s information, so that brings us to number three. The profits can just be phenomenally huge! Information has a tremendously high perceived value.
Our first product was a 16 page brochure. We called it a booklet, but it was more like a brochure, and it sold for $12.95. We sold thousands of them. What was our cost on that? Fifty cents, and that was printing it in fairly small quantities. It would have been much cheaper if we would have printed 10,000 at a time.
