If
you try to do it as a one-man or one-woman show, you have to average
that half of your effort will go into dealing with the computer
and Internet aspects of the business, while the other half of
your efforts will go into finding products, marketing to the right
groups and auction sites, etc.
This cuts the productivity of both tasks into 50%!
But, if you're able to devote all of your time on the marketing
angle of the business, while someone else handles all the computer-internet
duties, you can put 100% into your sales! You'll be doubling your
own efficiency!
"But what about the other person?" you may be asking. "Won't it
cost me money to hire someone to handle the computer duties?"
Yes, it may cost you something . . . but the earnings you bring
in this way should outweigh the difference!
You could hire a local student good with computers and the Internet
to handle that side of the business for you, or you could cut
a deal with someone else. You could employ someone to handle it,
and pay them an hourly wage. You could offer a percentage of the
sales, or perhaps split the profits fifty/fifty.
No matter how you deal with the situation, if you play your cards
right, you stand
