can afford to put things up at low prices or high prices, and
if they sell too low you learn the lesson. If they don't sell
because it's too high, you learn that lesson. Again, the whole
skill of learning patience is to be able to see that people put
something up for auction and in a week they'll find out what happened.
Patience is profit in your pocket! People with more patience almost
always make more money!
They can check it all through the week, but it's really not going
to be complete until then. Many times, they're eight and ten years
old at this point, they'll want to get an idea that they want
to have a garage sale. "Let's do it right now. Let's go chalk
up outside, let's gather all the stuff."
Twenty minutes later, the front lawn is chalked up where they're
going to put their things for sale, but they haven't really gathered
them and they're off watching TV because it was a good idea for
a while, but it kind of stretches that out.
