Recently The Wall Street Journal ran a story called “Yard Sales in Cyber Space” and we bought copies of it. You can buy reprints from the Journal, and they’ll sell them to you. I sent all of my friends and associates copies, then we bought reprints and gave it out to many customers. It is a great story and it really got our minds turning on what the average person could do just to get started. 

Just getting started and getting something out there can sometimes lead to thousands of dollars you didn’t expect. And it wouldn’t have happened if you hadn’t taken that first step, even if it wasn’t your best effort, or something you think would have gone far, or you hadn’t done anything with it in a month or two. At least you got started with it. You are league and leagues ahead of the people who didn’t do it.

Make Completely Sure Your Ad Gets Read! 

 

Obviously, you cannot get inquiries if your ad is not read. To be read, your ad must command attention.

To get read, an ad has to have the right appearance. It has to be laid out right. It has to have a headline that is great. The best headlines depend on the market, the product, and the offer. But generally, the best headlines promise a specific benefit that the prospects and customers really want. 

The more they want it, the bigger the promise is, and the more believable it is, the more the headline will compel the reader to read the ad and find out what the offer is all about.

You should look for ads and sales letters that other people are using that are working. Then, incorporate those ideas into your own ads and sales letters.

An Incredibly Simple Idea YOU Can Use To Create A Hot-Selling Product Without Having To Write!

 

What I suggest you do if you don’t want to create a product yourself is to go find an expert and let them write the words for you. Now, I’m not talking about having them write a book, or having a ghostwriter write a book for you. You’d be surprised how many speakers would be flattered that you would even be interested in their speech, and that you thought their speech was good enough to turn into a manual. 

A lot of public speakers, you’ll find, may not be interested in writing at all. They may have no desire to write and turn their speech into a transcript. Now, the proof that this is very powerful and can work wonders for you is a man named Mark Nolan. He turned his speech 
into a manual called “Instant Cash Flow” and made 3 million dollars with it. So, obviously, it’s something that’s a very powerful technique. If you do it right, it can work wonders for you.
