The Magic Trick To Make Thousands Of Dollars
With E-Mail Auto Responders!
In our business, we do a lot of lead generation advertising, mainly through magazines, postcards, classified ads, and display ads. When we get someone to respond to our lead generation advertising, we then set them up in a sequence of letters.
For example, we may have a classified ad that offers a free report. They will contact an 800 number and leave their name and address. We have a company that transcribes those names and addresses for us and e-mails them to us on a daily basis. Then, we will mail to them the report. Let’s say we get one hundred leads one day. Out of those one hundred, we’ll have “X” amount that will buy from the first report. We’ll still have some that requested it that did not buy. So, three weeks later we’ll send them a second report. We’ve got some campaigns where we’re up to a sequence of five and six letters after they become a lead.
Well, one thing we’ve done in the past quite often is take this same concept and use it with auto responders. We’ve sent a lead generation e-mail message to targeted opt-end e-mail lists offering free information. The response mechanism would be an e-mail address which sends them to an auto responder which would have our sales letter.
