Price isn’t the only consideration. When most people think of competing, even with the giants, they think of how they compete with them on price. In the physical world that may be more of an issue than it is on the Internet. A recent survey of buyers on the Internet said that the #1 reason for the purchase that they made was convenience. 

How convenient can you make it for the customer? They didn’t look for the lowest price on the Internet, they looked for the company that was most convenient to do business with. 

Convenience means everything from ease of filling out the form to the ease of finding the merchandise on the site and, most of all, customer service. 

The #1 problem in the last Christmas season - the #1 complaint of people who were doing Christmas shopping on the Internet - was the lack of customer service. They couldn’t get answers to their questions. Therefore, the larger your competition is, and the more successful they are, the more customers they have and the harder it is for them to give good customer service. 

Instead of competing on a price plane, compete on the creative plane. How can you

make the experience of buying easier for your customers? How can you offer a selection that specializes, and how can you offer good customer service? Then, you don’t have to worry about the larger competition.

Find The Answer To This One Question -

There is one question that must be answered before any business will ever truly be successful. In fact, finding the answer to that questions can be all it takes to move your business to the top of your market! The question you must answer is: How can I find out what my customers want? That’s it!

All you must do is find out what your customers are buying, what they are interested in, etc. Once you know what they want, you can find a way to make money by giving them what they want!
